Mr. QIN Shun Chao - Chairman

Mr. Qin, born in China, has been an entrepreneur for more than 50 years. Mr. Qin is the settler of Chin Dynasty Fund, a family trust which controlled Chin Dynasty Foundation Limited, an ultimate controlling party of the Company. He is now running his own business in various areas in China and holds a number of official posts in the Chinese Government. Mr Qin was invited to join the Board in April 2004 and is now Acting Chairman of the Company following the departure of Mr Chin Kam Chiu.

Mr. Zhang Jing - Finance Director

Mr. Zhang, is a PRC certified public accountant who has worked for the Finance Departments of Keen Chance Terminal (Guangzhou) Co. Limited and the Changzhou Power Development Limited.

Ms LEUNG Suk Ching, Angela - Executive Director

Ms LEUNG is a British National (Overseas). She is responsible for the GroupˇŚs administration and human resources affairs. Ms LEUNG obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies from the Hong Kong Baptist University in 1998 and studied at the University Paris XII ˇV Val de Marne in 1996. She has a good knowledge of French and a sound working experience in trading in Europe.

Mr. David THOMAS - Non-executive Director

Mr Thomas is a UK qualified solicitor who is resident in the UK. He has extension corporate finance experience gained both in private practice and whilst working as general counsel and Company secretary in a London investment bank. He has worked with and advised a number of business in the Far East. He has an M.A. in law from Oxford University.

Mr. Liu Shengrong - Non-Executive Director

Mr. Liu Shengrong, aged 56 years, is a lawyer and former Vice Chief Prosecutor in the Prosecution Department of Wu Han, Hu Bei province and is currently Vice President of Guangzhou Zhong Ke Xin Group and Legal Consultant to Inner Mongolia Yili Group.
